Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship orders daily. Generally if you order before 10am, that will give us enough time to get your order out on the same day. However, due to the occasional unforeseen issue, we may need an extra day to process and ship your order. In the rare case that you haven't received an email saying your order has been shipped even though you ordered before 10am, please don't stress, it will be shipped the following day!
Shipping Times
Generally, Australia Post Express Post is an overnight service to all areas except rural and regional areas. You can check whether or not your post code qualifies for overnight express by Australia Post on their website.

Australia Post's standard (non express) service can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. In rare circumstances, it can take longer than 7 business days. If you package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us.

If your order is over $55, it will be shipped for free by Australia Post Parcel Post.
If your order is over $80, it will be shipped for free by Australia Post Express.

Unfortunately for international customers, we do not ship overseas. 
Returns
At this point in time, we are unable to offer returns. However, if your package arrives and something is wrong, such as a bottle being damaged in transit, please do contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will be more than happy to replace it!
Due to the fact that our liquids are considered a consumable, we are unable to offer returns if you  simply don't enjoy a flavour. Please keep in mind that each and every person's taste profiles are different. In saying that, in the rare case that you may not enjoy one of our delicious flavours, please do contact us and let us know your thoughts, we will be more than happy to hear from you.
